By confirming the booking, guests agree to abide by these house rules general terms and conditions, as well as the specific terms outlined by the host.
House Rules

Upto 12 pax including kids (2-11 years) are allowed (maximum 9 adults)

No smoking inside the house (fine of Rs 5000 will be imposed)

We are a pet friendly facility, however any damage to the property during the stay, is the sole responsibility of the pet owner.

Important Details:

Place is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss your special accessibility requirement

Service Balcony is locked for safety reasons; only authorized service personnel can access it under host supervision.

A farm maintenance representative will visit once daily to water plants and clean the lawn. Please allow the person to perform his/her duties.

Security cameras are installed on the farm premises to monitor trespassers and unauthorized personnel.
General Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payments: Guests agree to pay all charges associated with their booking, including accommodation fees, cleaning fees, and any additional charges specified by the host. Payment methods accepted – IMPS, RTGS or Google Pay.

Cancellations and Refunds: Guests may cancel their reservation according to the cancellation policy, Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Guest Conduct: Guests agrees to treat the host's property with respect and to abide by any house rules or guidelines provided by the host. This includes respecting quiet hours, not disturbing neighbors, keeping the overall premises clean and tidy and refraining from illegal activities on the premises.

Damages and Security Deposits: Guests are responsible for any damages they or their guests cause to the host's property. Security deposit will be collected to cover potential damages, which may be refunded after the guest's stay, minus any applicable charges for damages.

Safety and Security: Guests should exercise caution and common sense during their stay, including securing personal belongings and following safety guidelines provided by the host.

Insurance and Liability: Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their trip, including travel insurance and liability coverage.

Compliance with Laws: Guests agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay, including local ordinances and building codes. Host reserves the right to take action in response to violations of these terms or applicable laws.

Feedback and Reviews: Guests are encouraged to provide honest feedback and reviews of their experience, which helps maintain the integrity of the Property and assists future guests in making informed booking decisions.

Indemnification: The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the host from any and all responsibility or liability arising from damages or injury to the guest or their belongings during the stay.
Specific Terms & Conditions

Guest's Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings and are urged to lock their room doors when leaving or retiring for the night. The host is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' belongings or property, including theft or pilferage.

Damage to Property: Guests are accountable for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests, or anyone under their responsibility.

Strictly Prohibited: The following items are strictly prohibited on the premises: gambling, smuggling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, smoking and pungent food.

Host's Rights: Guests agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and avoid causing nuisance or annoyance within the premises. The host reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the property immediately, without prior notice or reason. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the guest, their luggage, and belongings from the premises.

Relation between Management and Guest: Nothing in these terms constitutes or implies any tenancy or sub-tenancy rights for any guest or resident. The Management retains full and absolute possession of the premises.

Government Rules and Regulations: Guests must comply with all applicable laws, acts, and government regulations in force at the time of their stay.

We'll share a quotation with terms and conditions with-in 24 hrs of receiving your enquiry

Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving 25% payment in advance for the first night. A Trip ID will be shared via email thereafter

A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 is required along with the balance payment at the time of check-in. It will be refunded within 3 days of your departure, minus any repair or replacement charges for damages.

Payments should be made directly to our Google Pay account or UPI ID provided in the quotation
Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 7 days before arrival: Full refund.

Cancel less than 7 days before arrival or 'No Show': No refund of the booking amount

Trip cut short: No refund for nights stayed, full refund for unused nights.
